QUEEN CARNIVAL
"CINEMA" QUEEN COMMITTEE. On Monday afternoon 30 ladies were present to assist in making the decorations for the supper room of the "Cinema" ball, and when their labours are finished the Concert Chamber of the Town Hall will be a picture. The ladies, by their enthusiasm, will certainly make this part of the ball in keepimr with the standard set. The spontaneous offers of help being received by the "Cinema" Queen Committee from most unexpected quarters have been eloquent of the deep feeling prevnlent, and the earnest desire to help by those who fully understand the purpose of the carnival has been most gratifying to the committee.
