THE CANADIAN PROGRAMME OTTAWA, June 29. In the course of its economy programme the Govorilment proposes to dismiss all civil servants of 65 years of age or over with three months’ salary and a superannuation allowance. The departmental hours are to be extended from five hours a day to seven and a-half hours. s
