TOURIST ATTRACTIONS

Sib, —With reference _to your -leader concerning the popularising of North Island tourist resorts as against those ot the South Island, I may say that a short time ago the Government department sent me an advertisement for Rotorua with the request that I should place it in my waiting- room. On my replying that I would be glad to do so if the department sent me also advertisements for South Island resorts it very kindly sent me advertisements for the South Island resorts also.—l am, etc., Stuart Moore.
