BIG REVIVAL INDICATED STIMULUS OF SUBSIDY SCHEME {Pee United Press Association.) PALMERSTON N., June 24. The applications to date under the No. 10 building subsidy scheme at Palmerston North cover a total value of £30,000, including one sum of £17,000. Applications are being received at a rapid rate, indicating a revival of the building trade under the stimulus of the subsidy.
