APPOINTMENT BY THE SOVIET. ■ MOSCOW, June 22. (•Received June 23, at 7 p.m.) M. Akulof has been appointed Chief State Prosecutor for the entire Soviet Union under the recent reorganisation of organs of justice. M. Vishinsky, prosecutor of the Vickers engineers, becomes his chief assistant.
