“ UTTERLY IMPRACTICABLE ” GOVERNMENT OFFICER’S REPORT SYDNEY, June 23. At the request of the New South Wales Government Mr T. Waites (Government Statistician) furnished a report on the Douglas Social Credit system, which Mr Waites describes as utterly impracticable and contributing little or nothing to the problems confronting the nation.
