The tar-sealing of Highgate from Lynn street to Pacific street was reported to be now in hand, thus completing this muchdesired improvement from the city, via City road, to Maori Hill. It was resolved to thank the tramways manager for providing a larger waiting shed at the junction of Highgate and Ross street.
