Sir, —I would just like to points out to “ Centre Half,” whose letter appeared in this morning’s paper, that Mr W. P. Smith is not a member of the Appointments Board'. —I am. etc.. A. Riach.
TO THE EDITOR. Sis,—ln reply to “ Centre-Half’s ” letter of the 21st, I desire to inform that writer that be is labouring under a misapprehension when he assumes that I am a member of the Appointments Board. Hoping that in future “ Centre-Half ” will obtain better authority for his statements, —I am, etc., W. P. Smith, President, Otago Referees’ Club.
