CONVERSATIONS BEGUN SETTLEMENT OF DIFFERENCES. LONDON, June 21. (Received June 21, at 7 p.m.) The Daily Telegraph’s French correspondent says that in pursuance of the Four-Power- Pact Franco-Italian conversations have begun with the object of settling outstanding differences between the two countries.
