VISA REFUSED
GERMAN CONSULATE’S ACTION APPLICATION BY JEWISH WOMAN. LONDON, June 21. (Received June 21, at 7 p.m.) The News-Chronicle says that the German Consulate has rejected the application of Mrs Israel, a Pomeranic Jewish Pole, to enable herself, her husband and child to travel through Germany to their home, declaring that no visa was granted to any Jew to traverse Germany unless the visit was directly important to Germany.
