CAPTURED OFFICERS
MEASURES "FOR RELEASE NEGOTIATIONS WITH BANDITS. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, June 19. Captain Eden stated in the House of Commons that, according to the latest report, negotiations with the bandits for the release of the Nanchang’s officers were now proceeding. The British representatives were maintaining constant touch with the local authorities.
