MINIATURE RIFLE SHOOTING

RETURNED SOLDIERS’ CLUB. There was a good attendance of members of the Returned Soldiers’ Miniature Rifle Club at the Drill Hall range on Monday last, when the first series ot the Club Championship and Handicap Shoots was fired. Seventeen members competed. The following are the scores; —

The best score off the rifle was made by W. Meilde, who won the president’s button with a . possible. The handicap button was won by D. Marr in the shoot on. On Monday evening next the A team will meet the A team of the D.S.A. Club in the A Grade intorc'ub competition.
