NEW ZEALAND PIG BREEDERS
ELECTION OF COUNCIL. (Per United Press Association.) " PALMERSTON N., June 14. A remit to the New Zealand Pig Breeders’ annual meeting from South Auckland urging the election of members to the council on the ward system was rejected, but it was decided to investigate the proposal. The council was elected as follows: Messrs C- S. Ross (Te Puke), A. R. Gudopp (New Plymouth), E. H. Galpin (Canterbury), P. S. Stevens and J. A. M'Linden (Palmerston North), W. P. Bickers (Feilding).
