■«<%>— —— TRADE DISAGREEMENTS PARIS, June 9. Apparently as retaliation for the German moratorium, the Government has tabled Bills authorising Customs surtaxes as a reprisal for foreign Governments’ measures that are injurious to French trade, also a new tariff on goods from which the quota system has been removed. Franco-German trade at present shows a balance of £22,000,000 in Germany’s favour.
