SWINE FEVER
FURTHER OUTBREAK REPORTED. (Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, June 9. An outbreak of swine fever two miles outside the area to which the previous outbreak was confined has been verified by the Department of Agriculture a mile or so from Taita Gorge. Ninety-seven pigs arc affected, and their slaughter is being carried out.
