QUICKLY OVER-SUBSCRIBED CALCUTTA, April 28. (Received April 29, at ,1.30 a.m.) The cash section of the new 3i per cent. Government of India loan, 1947-50, at the issue price of £96, was over-sub-scribed within 30 minutes.
