INTEK PRO V INC IA L EIGHT-OAK ED CONTEST. (Per United Press association.! WELLINGTON, December, 14. The Wellington Rowing Association tonight decided to hold the Interprovincial Eight-oared Contest on April 1, subject to the Rowing Council’s approval. Correspondence received by the association indicated that all the provinces would be represented.
