WESTMINSTER ABBEY
DEAN'S FEARS FOR SAFETY VIBRATIONS FELT IN CHAPEL. LONDON, October 23. The Dean of Westminster (Dr Foxley Norris) expresses fears for the safety of Westmin&ter Abbey, as he had felt vibrations in the Henry VII Chapel, which were unknown a few yecrs ago. He pointed out that the traffic in the neighbourhood had enormously increased. Dr Norris said he would be apprehensive if more huge buildings were constructed near the Abbey.
