BALFOUR NATIONAL HOME . FUNDS FOR PALESTINE SCHEME. LONDON, October 13. (Received Oct. 13, at 8 p.m.) Mr Adolph Myers will leave London on Friday on behalf of the Palestine Foundation Fund. He will visit India, China and the Malay States, and he will arrive in' Australia in March and in New Zealand in May. The object of hie tour is to seek assistance to settle Jews in the Balfour national home in Palestine.
