OFFER TO COUNTRY PARTY THREE PORTFOLIOS/ . V CANBERRA,- October 13. . The offer by Mr Lyons of three portfolios to members of the Country Party Was the subject of lengthy discussion by the Country Party, after which it was decided to accept Mr Lyons’s letter as • basis of future negotiations.
