CONGRESS PICKETS
ACTIVITIES IN BOMBAY MARKET PRACTICALLY CLOSED. CALCUTTA, October 12. (Received Oet. 12, at 8 p.m.) Congress picketing in the Bombay cotton market has become so intolerable, practically compelling the, closing of the market, that Indian brokers arc sending a deputation to Mr Gandhi at Yervada gaol asking him to restrain the Congress followers.
