SENATOR BORAH’S REMEDY -i A FOUR-POINT PROGRAMME. IDAHO, October 12. (Received Oct. 12, at 11 p.m.) Senator Borah, who is taking a nonpartisan stand in the presidential election, outlined a four-point programme for economic recovery, namely, the adjustment of world war problems, expansion of currency, elimination of extravagance. in government, and adjustment of private debts to conform to the change in money values.
