“RED” PROPAGANDA
STIMULATION IN BRITAIN INTERNATIONAL’S DECISION.RIGA, October 10. It is reported that a secret plenary sitting of the Communist International at Moscow decided on plans to stimulate Communist revolutionary propaganda. They include an agitation in Britain for the complete independence of the Free State and other dominions, the non-pay-ment of taxes by Indian peasants, and strikes in Britain, India, and elsewhere.
