■ TASMANIAN MEMBERS LOANS FROM A BANK. HOBART, October 10. (Received Oct. 10, at 11 p.tn.) Four members Of the State Parliament, 'all. fanners, forfeited their seats because they obtained loans from .the Agricultural Bank, contrary to the provision in the Constitution which forbids members of Parliament from receiving a financial subsidy, loan, or grant from the State.
