Arrangements are being made for a tour of New Zealand early ripxt year by 100 farmers from various parts o£ Victoria, according to a statement by Mr P. A. de la Perrelle, M.P., who passed through Wellington jto-day on his return to the South ■ Island after an extensive tour of the Australian States. Mr Per,: relle said that while he was in Mel-’ bourne the Bendigo Agricultural Association was arranging for 100 farmers from various parts of Victoria to visit New Zealand next February under the auspices of the New Zealand Tourist Publicity Department. Their object would be to investigate farming methods in the Dominion as well as conditions in New Zealand generally, particularly as they affected agricultural practice.
