PREMIER’S ANNOUNCEMENT NATIONAL CABINET PROPOSED (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) MELBOURNE, May 19, (Received May 19, at 9 p.m.) The Premier (Sir Stanley Argyle) stated that the Ministry would he national and not composite, representing all shades of political opinion except extreme Labour. . The Ministry already comprised the United Australia supporters and members of the Country Party. It was how proposed to seek support from those Labour members who favoured the re-enactment of the Premiers’ Plan, and who had withdrawn from the official Labour Party. HONORARY MINISTERS APPOINTED. MELBOURNE, May 19. (Received May 19, at 10.40 p.m.) In addition to the Cabinet announced yesterday the following have been appointed honorary Ministers: —Messrs Harold Cohen, M.L.C., A. E. Chandler, M.L.C., W. S. Kent Hughes, and Manifold.
