DUNEDIN JOCKEY CLUB

1932-1933 SEASON,

The monthly meeting of the District Committee of the Dunedin Jockey Club held yesterday was attended by Messrs Hanlon, Hazlett. Goughian, Potts, Samson, Irwin and Lough. The following dates for Jthc 1932-33 racing season were recommended: —Otago Hunt Club, August 27; Kurow Jockey Club, October 1; Oamaru Jockey Club — January 3, March 23 and 25, July 1; Waikouaiti Racing Club, January 2; Tapanui, Racing Club, February 1; Vincent Jockey Club, January 14 and 16; Cromwell Jockey Club, March 10 and 11; Tuapeka Jockey Club, April 15; Beaumont ' Racing Club, April 17 ; Dunedin Jockey Club—October 13 and 15, December 26 and 27, February 9 and 11, May 31, June 1 and 3. Applications by Waikouaiti and Beaumont Racing Clubs for extra days were recommended provided suitable days could be found. Mr A. C. It was resolved that the admission charge to the lawn for the winter meeting be 7s 6d.
