IMPORTATION INTO INDIA. (British Official Wireless.) , RUGBY, May 11. (Received May 12, at 6.5 p.m.) Major Colville, secretary of the Overseas Trade Department, replying to a question whether, in view of the recent preference given to Indian .tea, any steps being taken to obtain from India corresponding preference for Lancashire cotton goods, said that the question of the various treatment of United Kingdom goods on importation into India would be discussed at the Ottawa Conference.
