FINANCIAL AGREEMENT
THE ENFORCEMENT ACT HIGH COURT JUDGMENT TO-DAY. SYDNEY, April 5. (Received April 5, at 10 pan.) The High Court judgment on the validity of the Financial Agreement Enforcement Act, which empowers the Commonwealth to attach New South Wales revenue, will bo delivered to-morrow.
