FRENCH IMPORTS
THE QUOTA SYSTEM RETALIATION SUGGESTED. PARIS, April 4. The British Chamber of Commerce passed a resolution asking the Government to consider retaliatory measures against the French import quota system. Speakers declared that the quotas discriminated against British goods. France favoured Germany more than Britain.
