POLITICIAN’S SUICIDE
MR EDWARD MARJORIBANKS EVIDENCE AT THE INQUEST. LONDON, April 4. , At the inquest on Mr Marjoribauks, Lord Hailsham, in emotional tones, detailed his concern over his step-son’s sleeplessness and dejection, causing fears of a nervous breakdown. Ho recalled Mr Marjoribanks saying on March 30 that he had hardly slept for a fortnight.
The coroner returned a verdict of suicide while of unsound mind.
