MINOR AMENDMENTS INTENDED (From Odu Parliamentary Reporter.) WELLINGTON, March 22. Tho Arbitration Bill, which encountered such a stormy passage through the Lower House, will not be considered by the Legislative Council until after the Eastei recess. It is understood that the Government intends to move several small amendments into the measure before it finally becomes the statute with viceregal approval. The Council will be busuy occupied to-morrow considering the Mortangors and Tenants Relief Bill, which the Government wishes to have disposed ot completely before the House adjourns tomorrow night or on Thursday morning.
