FLIGHT BY FRENCH PILOTS PARIS TO NEW CALEDONIA. BATAVIA, March 21. Deve and Munich, the first French aviators to visit Java, landed to-day in a small triple-engined aeroplane carrying Baron de Verneuil as a passenger. They are flying from Paris to New Caledonia. GERMAN AVIATRIX. ARRIVAL AT BATAVIA. DARWIN, March 22. (Received March 22, at 9 p.m.) A German aviatrix, Fraulein Beinhorn, arrived from Batavia. Royal Air Force flying boats which accompanied her over the Timor Sea also arrived. The three Air Force seaplanes alighted at Fanny Bay. Fraulein Beinhorn, who is flying round the world, was welcomed by a large crowd. She wore a flying helmet, a black and white striped woollen skirt, and a cream woollen jacket. She is a jolly, friendly girl, and speaks English perfectly.
