THE SECOND BALLOT HERR HITLER’S CAMPAIGN LONDON, March 21 (Received March 22, at 5.5 p,m,) The Daily Express’s Berlin correspondent says that Herr Hitler was interviewed, and said that the battle for the Presidency was not yet over. “1 am going to show the world such an election campaign as has never been seen before, and I shall address at least 1,000,000 people by flying from town to town.
