A COMMISSION’S TOASTS
The 21 members of the British Licensing Commission —three _of whom being women—entertained their chairman, Lord Amulree, at a dinner recently. The toasts were drunk in wine, sider cup, and water, according to the tastes and opinions of the individual members.
