TO THE EDITOR. Sib, —I have been instructed by the members of the local branch of the New Zealand Workers’ Union to write to you r paper protesting against the fine of £SO or term of three months’ imprisonment as meted out to Mr J. J. Robinson, printer and publisher of the Red Worker, Wellington. Such a move is looked upon as a ban on free speech, etc., and an attack on the freedom of the working class.—l am, etc., A. J.
