“REJOICE WHEN I DIE”
“ It is my desire that no mourning is to be worn at my death, my relatives to rejoice that I am released from suffering,” wrote Mr James Anderson, of Pimlico, in his will. Mr Anderson was formerly a messenger, and his estate was proved at £4902. Hie legacies included many “for great kindness.” He directed that “I must on no account be buried.” He bequeathed his body to Charing Cross Medical School for research in connection with asthma and bronchitiej cremation to follow.
