BRITAIN AND FREE STATE '■ DISCUSSIONS IN LONDON. {British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, January 14. Mr Walter Runciman (President of the Board of Trade) yesterday received representatives of the Irish Free State. The discussion was concerned with the possibilities of improving trade between the two countries and of securing the closest practical collaboration in trade problems. Mr Runciman etafed that he and his colleagues were anxious to cooperate with the Free State Government, and explained that on the reassembly of Parliament a statement would be made as to its policy for developing intercommonwealth trade.
