RIOTS AT TSINTAO
A STATE OF TERROR JAPANESE MARINES LANDED (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph-Copyright.) SHANGHAI, January 13. The Japanese riots at Tsintao are graver than was at first reported. In addition to razing the Minkuo newspaper, offices, the rioters, numbering over 1000 set fire to the Kuomintang headquarters. The city is now in a state of terror. Japanese marines landed and are maintaining order. PEIPING-MUKDEN RAILWAY. TRAFFIC AT A STANDSTILL. SHANGHAI, January 13. Apart from troop movements, traffic on the Peiping-Mukden railway is at a complete standstill.
