The second day Of the Foxton meeting was held to-day in excellent weather, with a good attendance. \ The totalisator handled £4175 for the day, against £6702 10s for the corresponding day last year, and £9469 for the meeting against £14,837 last year. B. H. Morris was severely cautioned and fined £25 for his riding of Chief Savage in the Awahou Hack Handicap.
