DEADLOCK OVER THE SUDAN REOPENING OP NEGOTIATIONS. CAIRO, January 7. (Received Jan. 8, at 8 p.m.) Sidky Pasha, the Prime Minister, has announced that the Egyptian Government is resuming negotiations with Britain regarding the 1930 deadlock over the control of the Sudan.
