(Received Dec. 29, at 5.5 p.m.) The Prime Minister (Mr Ramsay MacDonald), who is still at Lossiemouth, where, even over the Christmas holidays, much of his time was occupied with State business, upon which he was in contact by telephone with Downing street. He motored this morning about 25 miles to a neighbouring golf course, but he was unable to play owing to snow.
