(Received June 19, at 10 p.m.) In the House of Commons to-day Mr Ramsay MacDonald announced that a resolution would be introduced on Monday to increase the borrowing powers of th<* Unemployment Insurance Fund from £90.000,000 to £115,000,000. In the House of Commons Mr Ramsay MacDonald said the Government had given attention to every phase of the trade depression,- including last year’s downward tendency of wages.
