HAMPDEN WATER SUPPLY
TO THE EDITOR. Srs, —I am afraid I must ask you to accept responsibility for “ advising concentration ” as indicated by “ Aqua." What I. wished “ Progress to concentrate on was something much more brilliant than the “ Seven points ” mentioned in ray former letter. If my opponents will state just what the “ grossly misleading tactics " were, of which “ Progress ” my friends, I will gladly deal with them. ' It is “ rude,” “ Aqua ” tells me, to say a man is hot speaking the truth. Not necessarily. I showed “ Progress " guilty of one flaring mis-statement in alleging that “ Hampden had every convenience.” If he will attempt to give a specific instance of “ grossly misleading tactics,” I’ll do it again.—l am, etc., Boob.
