Though modern concrete buildings look as if they would last for ages, theft- actual life seldom exceeds 30 years. The National Association of Building Owners and Managers, .speaking of the American skyscrapers, says that they do not wear out, but are torn down to make way for more modern structures. Canada is the largest British territory, with 3,504.688 square miles, and Gibraltar is the smallest.
