In the Supreme Court, Thomas Donnel- t lan was awarded by a jury £553 damages out of £1039 claimed from Frederick Robert Fairhall, gardener, as the- result s of a collision between plaintiff, who was r riding a push cycle, and/ defendant, who > was riding a motor cycle in Puketahi r street in Greymouth on March 18, 1930. , The evidence of plaintiff showed that the> defendant rounded the corner on the wrong side, running into the push cycle.. ,v
