Clarence George Joslin (25), Allan Campbell Melville (22), and'' Cecil William Elliott (33) —were before 1 the magistrate to-day on charges, relating to theft and some cases of receiving tyres ! and spare wheels removed at night from care parked in the city and suburbs, ■? Albert Joslin, who admitted eevenr; • charges of theft, was sentenced to thred months, and each of the otlfers was fined'' £ls, in default two months. An order was made against Clarenea ; Joslin to refund the value (£4) of one un-'l recovered wheel, the only part of th«£ property not recovered.
