GUILDHALL PROCEEDINGS WITHDRAWAL OF COUNSEL (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) LONDON, June 10. A surprise marked the third day of Lord KylsanfS appearance at the Guildhall, when Sir John Simon and Sir Patrick Hastings withdrew from the defence owing to the Lord Mayor’s ruling that certain questions which Sir Patrick Hastings wished to ask were inadmissible. Sir John Simon and Sir Patrick Hastings withdrew only from the Guildhall proceedings, not from the ease.
