ECONOMY MEASURES SALE OF OFFICIAL CARS. (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) RIO DE JANEIRO, M*arch 31. In order to cut the Government’s expenses the Foreign Minister (Senor Mello Franco) to-day ordered all official motor cars, including his own, into the garages. Other departments are doing the same. A sale by public auction of all the cars is planned.
