DUMPING OF SILVER
STEPS FOR PREVENTION. AN AMERICAN RESOLUTION. (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) WASHINGTON, February 20. The Senate to-day approved without debate of a resolution suggesting that President Hoover should negotiate with other countries to prevent debasing the silver coin and the dumping of silver on the world market.
